During the ceremony they will include words required by law that make the marriage legal along with specific documentation. Ceremony Inclusions
Included in all Wedding packages are :
- Obligation free consultation to discuss your wedding.
- Meeting to complete the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) other & wedding requirements.
- Lodgement of all documentation with Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages.
- Provision of your Marriage Certificate and a copy of your wedding ceremony.

No matter where you are located, I offer professional, heartfelt celebrant services that are thoughtfully crafted to suit your unique relationship, your wishes, and your vision for the perfect ceremony.
Important Information
Booking your Celebrant for your Event
Your ceremony date and time is secured only on the receipt of your non-refundable booking fee or full payment. If full payment is not received 14 days prior to the ceremony date Coast to Country Celebrant reserves the right to withdraw from the obligation to perform the ceremony. We strongly encourage booking your ceremony well in advance.
Wedding Ceremony Music and Multi Media
Music during ceremonies is your responsibility and you will be required to organise a guest to present music for you as needed. For your convenience, you may use our PA system which is Smartphone compatible or the Bluetooth speaker; as per package of choice. This is to be negotiated prior to the day. We can assist you in suitable choices of songs.
Wedding Ceremony Locations
Coast to Country Celebrant performs wedding ceremonies at the location of your choice. I am willing to travel to most locations around North Queensland from Townsville to Mount Isa, Cairns to Mackay, and everywhere in between. Location, travel fees, and other specifics such as remote area access are negotiated during your initial consultation.
Some additional costs that may be incurred:
• Services on Public Holidays – additional $100.00.
• Travel in excess of 80kms return – charges per km.
• Late starting fee – $75.00 per hour or part there of.
• Travel and accommodation fees for remote areas.
• Fees for on the day changes or additional services.
• Not available Anzac Day, Easter or Christmas Day.0
