A Vows Renewal Ceremony is a wonderful way to celebrate your love and commitment to one another in a unique way.
While wedding vow renewals are not an official legal ceremony and more of a symbolic ceremony, they can be just as meaningful and just as much fun. Maybe you would like a 50’s rock and roll ceremony, a special dress up themed party, or just something personal between you and your partner.

 You may have just overcome a difficult time in your marriage and you want to have a fresh start by reinforcing your commitment and love for each other. We can be there to help guide you to make Vow Renewal as meaningful as the day you were married by remembering where you began and celebrating where you have been.

  • Create or assist to create your special day.
  • Vows- personal vows and readings printed on a keepsake card matching your theme.
  • Use of cordless PA system for ceremony and music (if required) power not needed. Note – Not available in windy or inclement weather.
  • Printed copy of your ceremony for you and your parents.
  • Provide a signing table; two chairs and pens for signing paperwork; as required.
  • Coordinate with event managers/photographers and other services as needed.


Silver Wedding Package - Your Day Your Way

  • As per ceremony inclusions.
  • Your special vows

  • Plus Ceremony at your choice of location * 80klms return; time negotiated.

Ceremony Inclusions

Included in all Wedding packages are :

  • Obligation free consultation to discuss your wedding.
  • Meeting to complete the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) other & wedding requirements.
  • Lodgement of all documentation with Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages.
  • Provision of your Marriage Certificate and a copy of your wedding ceremony.

Booking your Celebrant for your Event

Your ceremony date and time is secured only on the receipt of your non-refundable booking fee or full payment. If full payment is not received 14 days prior to the ceremony date Coast to Country Celebrant reserves the right to withdraw from the obligation to perform the ceremony. We strongly encourage booking your ceremony well in advance.

Wedding Ceremony Music and Multi Media

Music during ceremonies is your responsibility and you will be required to organise a guest to present music for you as needed. For your convenience, you may use our PA system which is Smartphone compatible or the Bluetooth speaker; as per package of choice. This is to be negotiated prior to the day. We can assist you in suitable choices of songs.

Wedding Ceremony Locations

Coast to Country Celebrant performs wedding ceremonies at the location of your choice. I am willing to travel to most locations around North Queensland from Townsville to Mount Isa, Cairns to Mackay, and everywhere in between.  Location, travel fees, and other specifics such as remote area access are negotiated during your initial consultation.

 

Some additional costs that may be incurred:

•  Services on Public Holidays – additional $100.00.
•  Travel in excess of 80kms return – charges per km.
•  Late starting fee – $75.00 per hour or part there of.
•  Travel and accommodation fees for remote areas.
•  Fees for on the day changes or additional services.
•  Not available Anzac Day, Easter or Christmas Day.0
